I have naturally curly, coarse hair 2C/3A. I avoid sulfates and silicones but am really struggling to find a good product for curly hair. The barber used this on my hair once and it looked amazing. In the end I decided to order it because nothing else helped my hair. Dimethicone is number 6 on the list for this product, so be aware when trying to avoid silicones. Anyway, my hair looked great the first day and since then it's gotten worse every day. The product leaves a lot of marks on hands and hair. It can really help some people, but by the end of the day my hair was getting soft and frizzy. I've tried using less or applying it differently, all with little success. I will try another day if it still gives the same results I will refund. You also need to use a shampoo that can remove silicones, which means at least occasionally using a clarifying shampoo or a shampoo that contains sulfates.
