I would rate 10 stars if i could, GREAT vest i love that it helps with posture it feels very comfortable i thought it would be to tight but not at all it fit perfectly. You can definitely wear it all day and still be comfortable in it. It also came in the mail the very next day while my other orders are still on their way so thumbs up to fast shipping
