French Rolling Pin Best in Bakeware

I have my mother in law's old rolling pin which I use for a lot of dough work but the only tool I use exclusively for cake batter is this rolling pin. Dough scraps are easy to remove with a scraper, the weight of a pin is perfect and I find the shape absolutely essential for pie dough that I wouldn't use any other rolling pin.
