My son is 12 years old, 5'3" tall, 105 lbs. He is tall and skinny but not very skinny. I read the other reviews and based on them and from the sizing chart i ordered a size 16 the chart says the length would be great but i was worried the waist would be too big the pants fit perfect im so glad i ordered the 16 man should think a 12 or 14 would fit a tall 12 year old but the 16 is great the material is nice and they look good good buy.
