Review on Experience Versatile Lighting With AmeriLuck 3-Way LED Bulbs (5000K Natural Daylight, 2 Pack) by Jason Franco

I am giving this product only 1 star overall due to the lack of support from the Seller as discussed below. The product had some good qualities such as lumens and color temperature and I was really happy with it, but the benefits become virtually worthless once the product starts failing.I purchased 4 of these 3-way bulbs less than two years ago. Three of the bulbs started failing beginning several months ago. I have twice tried to contact the Seller (Ameriluck) via email, (the Seller's stated method of contact) to get the bulbs replaced under their 2-year guarantee. My first attempt at contact was 3 or 4 months ago and I recently tried to contact them again about 2 or 3 weeks ago after not hearing back from them the first time. I am still waiting to hear from them. I see that their product is still being offered so I know that they are out there.If anybody else has had problems getting replacements from them I would be interested in hearing from you and how you got them to respond to your issue.I tried contacting Ameriluck for a third time two months ago using their online form. Still no response.
