for two months, 2 times a week, my morning does not start with going to the gym as usual, but with waiting for a courier who will send / bring another defective gamepad from Microsoft, sent 3 or 4 times already. The problem is that the Microsoft service center believes that my time is worth no more than the costs that they will incur if they send me not a restored old gamepad, but one that is a new revision, which took into account the problems of the old one, namely the poor registration of one or two buttons x/y/a/b. Next time I will think 10 times and read all the reviews before buying something from Microsoft, and maybe even switch to Sony.
