The fact that it's so easy to use, has many options for customization or integration with other products (like Salesforce). It also integrates very well into our legacy system which makes life easier when integrating data from multiple sources - I'm able find what i need in one place rather than searching through different systems/databases trying not get lost along the way! There are some things we can't do using this software but if you're looking at cross platform sync'ing of information between colleagues then its worth considering as an option alongside others like Workday etc.. We have been working closely together since April 2016 helping them implement their HRIS solutions by building integrations where needed across applications within both business units & divisions.
