Review on KSEIBI by Josh Andrews

As an experienced do-it-yourselfer, I had high expectations for the KSEIBI internet store. On the other hand, the quality of both their products and their support left me feeling let down. In spite of the fact that they claim to sell high-quality tools and supplies for home improvement, I was disappointed to find that their assortment was limited and that their products did not live up to my expectations. The power tools, grinding wheels and discs, and other abrasive accessories that I bought were of low quality and did not live up to my expectations. When I attempted to address my concerns with their customer support, I was met with unhelpfulness and a lack of response, which added insult to injury. In general, if another do-it-yourselfer were searching for trustworthy and high-quality tools and supplies, I would not recommend KSEIBI to them.
