After a few years - and quite a bit of abuse - the original remote for our Samsung TV is finally gone. We replaced it with a more standard 'universal' remote that was great for basic controls, but couldn't access the hub, meaning we were locked out of apps, which is no small issue these days transmission. And since the original remote didn't work, the "learning" remote couldn't cope with the task because it had nothing to "learn". Enter this angrox remote control. Without pairing or programming, he was able to control a Samsung Smart TV INCLUDING access to the Smart Hub - voila, the apps are back! I just added the two necessary AAA batteries and that's it. The layout even corresponds to the original factory remote control. And it turns out it's not even more expensive than a traditional programmable remote control. victory in everything!
