Review on 🧲 TORRAS Magnet Mount Metal Plates and Adhesive Tool Kit for Magnetic Car Mount Holder Cradle (2 x Metal Plates, 1 x 3M Adhesive Replacement) by Scott Ramu

I've been installing the phone for almost a year. The adhesive had become weak and needed to be replaced. The replacement adhesive chipped off the dash after I had it dry and properly cleaned etc. This happened 2 days after I applied it to the dashboard. I only contacted the warranty department to answer a few questions and went back and forth with customer support within a few days. I am not satisfied with the warranty portion of this product. I also assume that the 3M adhesive that was sent was defective. All other parts of my car mount are in excellent condition. I've had the same brand/type of 3M dash mount adhesive for over 1 year. How could the same adhesive split in half and leave part of it on the dash and the other half on the mount?
