Received it and started installing immediately. The instructions are quite clear, so there were no problems. The only problem I had during the installation was the first part, installing the stub. I followed the instructions, measured 3/4", marked a dot on the nut to count 9 turns and began installing the plug. 9 turns, the plug is not screwed in, it loosened a bit but came still free from the hole in the trunk lid, I screwed the bolt back into the blind nut, this time all the way and put it back in the tailgate, I started turning the clamping nut again, I had forgotten how many turns I had turned but I did it until I felt it was tight Once the connector was installed the rest of the installation was quick and easy and it worked great in Twenty minutes.
