The frame is beautiful. Exactly what I thought I would get except for the size. The acrylic plexiglass inside isn't even 10 x 10, so the measurement doesn't refer to the inside either. The measurement is just wrong. It annoys me that I have to buy another frame. 😒 UPDATE - The seller contacted me and asked how to make it right. I asked for a larger/next size up frame - 12x12. They agreed and also sent me a picture from the listing showing the inside measurement of the frame at 9.3 inches. I missed it, but I still think the 9.3" frame shouldn't be listed as a 10". Regardless, I am happy with my purchase and the customer service I received from this company.
