The installation didn't take that long.
Installed on a 2000 Civic SI. My engine made a rattling noise near the distributor. The noise disappeared after the engine warmed up. Let's assume that it can be LMA, sticking when cold. When they were filled, the noise did not return even when the engine was cold. The ticking of the normal valve train is also quieter. It's worth it.
