As you can see from the before 🤢 and after pictures, the cover is a huge improvement. It was either buy a new chair or reupholster-we weren’t in the market to spend that kind of money so my husband suggested we look for a cover.This is a very old Lazy Boy that still works well, it just looked disgusting. I don’t know if it’s because it’s so old, but the cover doesn’t fit as well as other reviewers’ pictures.It is soft, and the color was just as advertised.Don’t like that on the outside of the cover there are two red tags that read, "Back”. In our house the chair does not back up to a wall, therefore the back can be seen. Cutting those tags resulted in a tiny hole on the one side, which is still better than seeing the red tags. Also, when the footrest is up you can see the old color on the bottom panel.All in all pretty pleased.
