This teddy bear is very soft and plush. If it was on a shelf in a regular store, I wouldn't mind letting the kids play with it. It was packaged in a regular Revain box, but inside that box it was wrapped in a fiber paper/plastic bag, covered with a layer of duct tape with a strange yellow substance in places. The weird stuff on the tape and the questionable situation of the paper/plastic compression wrap made me a little worried about what the bear might be made of and/or where it might be on the way from its creation to its destination. me. 3 stars overall - would have been 5 if it had had some sort of label on it saying chemical free etc and if it was packaged in a plastic bag like other stuffed animals bought online. but there is no such label and the situation with the overwrap/underwrap material was totally abnormal.
