I've had a Hartke KM100 for years and one of the rear bumpers came loose when I was loading it into a van. They looked closely, and they did. I've swapped both of them out on the amp just in case there's a slight difference, but haven't really seen anything. Ordinary musical instrument repair shops didn't help, but it was just what I needed. The pair has a metal washer deep inside to prevent the screw head from tearing the rubber, but screws are not included. I simply reused the bolts from the old bumpers which meant everything fitted correctly.
