The ease of use, all in one system to manage everything from your inventory to accounting. It's not like other systems that seem complicated but are actually user friendly. I wish there was an option for bar code scanning through my phone when working at the tasting room or retail location. If you want someone who is going to be available at any time to assist you, this may not be the best fit. We have been able to keep track of our inventory as well as account receivables much easier than before using this software.
