I've finally decided to stop complaining about my old 4-sided grater (two sides of which I never used and hated to clean). Went with this two piece set that covered two of my use cases. An old grater was found if you've used it on a prep board, but I also enjoy grating small and curved dishes and pots when cooking. They are perfect for all three purposes. The handles are very comfortable, light but firm. You can simply hold it in one hand and rub it over an open pan or bowl with the other. The silicone bumper at the end makes it easy to use a flat surface or edge when needed. Cleaning is very easy and protective covers are welcome. About a week later I had a problem with one of the parts. I signed up with Di Oro and simply sent an email to which they responded promptly and sent a replacement. Excellent service, buy them now!
