Imprecise fit on my BMW 1220 coils

It is well anodized but was a little small to fully engage the coil. I managed to get the coil out but still need the right tool to install it. Should not be returned. upset. Oh yes, and exactly the same problem with fitting both coils in so that the coil isn't easily oversized
