My rating is too small

My granddaughter is 4 years old, I have her in size 6 to 7 and she is still very small. Imagine for the dress to be at least mid-thigh I would have to take one size for 10 years. This is NOT normal and I don't have time to return it as the event is this Saturday and the quality is not that good.
