Honestly, I like the yield, juice quality, quick assembly. Everything is pretty easy to clean except for the "screen" part that takes forever to clean the fibers. I have OCD so I can't take it if I can't eliminate it 100%. Then after 3 uses I started seeing black pieces of plastic. I couldn't find out where they came from. And on the 4th use I saw it. There is no washer connecting the main core of the juicer to the outer casing. Thus, the connection basically rubs and rubs against each other. The core has worn away its plastic and you can see that in my photos. I received Revane and was able to initiate a return. BUT I decided to try again to make sure my guess was right. I ran celery first and everything was fine. Then I ran the carrots, which I had already cut into smaller pieces. NO. The case was moving and the car was having a very hard time. And then it got stuck. Now there is no way to disassemble. Oops. I think it will definitely be back in stock. I would say if you don't want to make a hard fruit/veg/root veg juice, by all means go for this one. But it doesn't work for me. I haven't tried apples or ginger yet. Much luck!
