Fits as expected if you order 1/2 size up according to Schuhmacher and other reviewers. I'm a true size 9, ordered 9-1/2, fits perfectly. The extra heel cuff is just perfect for these shoes. One of the shoe's best features is the use of barefoot technology on the top of the foot; It's a really stretchy material on the top of the foot so it doesn't rub or bind anything. I broke my pinky toe and foot a few years ago and most shoes have hurt my toe, not these shoes. For true neutral feet, they don't interfere with walking or running, just provide comfortable cushioning. They sit prominently on the heel, are also soft and don't chafe. Highly recommended, in fact I've just ordered a second pair even though I only have a few weeks left! I want to move them.
