The scratches on the product are very.VERY noticeable. The logo is already faded

Everything is scratched and even the "Acera" logo is a bit faded. I just got it 1 minute ago. That's not new! &gt;: (Update: I was given several options: 1) replace (which I don't want to wait) 2) refund (which I don't care too much, I want to try a new part asap) 3 ) partial refund. I received a partial refund. I just noticed that the "height" adjustment screw is broken and I can't tighten or loosen it. I will request a full refund.
