The team is very responsive, they're always willing to help out with any question or concern you may have about liftoff's services and products. They are also able to provide solutions that make sense even when those don't seem logical at first glance! I wish there was more transparency in terms of pricing/costs - it can be difficult if all your needs aren't met up front (i.e., some people need only hosting). We've been using them primarily for our email service but we use other parts of their suite too.
