Description of Rev Up Your Recovery With WODFitters Torpedo Foam Roller - USA Made TPin Body Roller For Deep Tissue Massage And Physical Therapy

Recover after Murph and other Hero WODs! Trigger Pin's unique patented technology combines the healing texture of high-impact, high performance microcellular foam, with lightweight, translucent urethane wheels to release your myo-fascial adhesions (knots!). Our ingenious 'double-bubble' core has a way of honing in on your trigger points like no other roller on the market. Yes--this roller feels phenomenal against your aching soles as you roll both feet at once--whether you're sitting at your computer, or at the dinner table. Trigger-pin! rolls quietly on 4" non-marking rubber wheels. The popular "Double Bubble" model targets from your neck and upper trapezius to your lower lumbar region like a dream. This model can also be used for lower body rolling as a less aggressive "entry-level" roller--since your weight can be distributed on two points. As you progress, you can easily shift onto one of the cores for more targeted massage. Endorsed by chiropractors; physical therapists; and massage therapists alike: The T-Pin will find and eliminate your trigger points safely and effectively in half the time it takes foam rollers. Treats plantar fasciitis, lower back pain, mid to upper back pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, IT band syndrome, shin splints, cramping calves, sore quadriceps, hamstring tightness, piriformis syndrome. Improves post workout recovery, joint range of motion, vascular endothelial function, balance, mobility, agility. Increases athletic performance, strength, flexibility.

Best Roller Ever good for me

This is the best roller I've ever owned. It is contoured correctly and just the right size. Also, the quality is excellent. The little picture doesn't do it justice. I'm glad I paid the extra money, it was well worth it.

Pros
  • Sports & Outdoors
Cons
  • May not come with a storage case

Perfect for spine work.

Nice -I use a foam roller for my back, after surgery, and needed something a little more controllable for working the scar tissue up and down the spine. This came recommended. It looks robust, after the first couple of uses I can say it really nails the spots along the spine as needed. A versatile PT implement, I look forward to using it daily.

Pros
  • Exactly what you would expect.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for use outdoors

Relieves back muscles better than a massage

The design is perfect for targeting the sore muscles and tissue along the spine and you can use your weight to decide the pressure. I have scoliosis and have worked out for 27 years and this devise softens and relieves my sore tissue like a deep tissue massage. It is my new best friend!

Pros
  • Endorsed by chiropractors; physical therapists; and massage therapists alike: The T-Pin will find and eliminate your trigger points safely and effectively in half the time it takes foam rollers.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with certain body types

Great product for my opinion

I've only had the T-pin for a few days but I really like it. It works especially well on my back and calves. I also rest my neck between the bubbles and then roll side to side and I can feel a release there as well. A great product and I am glad I bought it.

Pros
  • It help me a lot.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with osteoporosis

Of the million orthopedic gadgets out there, these are truly one of the best. These are no gadget and no gimmick. If you want to massage your back muscles, and neck muscles, to relieve stress and naturally crack the right back joints in the process without force, this will become an integral part of your day.As a computer programmer I need to get up and get into my body and muscles. This is one of my go-to pieces. Heavy duty, shaped properly - the real thing. It doesn't roll around the floor…

Pros
  • Very cool, helpful for self massage.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with sensitivities to pressure

Awesome Substitute for Traditional Foam Rollers

I have had muscular issues ever since I started working a desk job after college and own just about every self massage tool on the market. However, this is by far one of my favorites. It's very versatile, great for IT bands, quads, hamstrings, calves, lower back, upper back, etc.I had an issue where one of the bolts holding the wheel started to loosen causing the wheel itself to spin while in use.this causes one wheel to stay stationary while the other moves, basically creating a sweeping…

Pros
  • June 11, 2015
Cons
  • May be difficult to transport on planes or trains

It was wonderful but I lost it in a move and needed .

I used to have one of these that was hand carved wood. It was wonderful but I lost it in a move and needed a replacement. This was the only one I could find - lucky for me it was a good price and is very effective!

Pros
  • Just as advertised.
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with balance issues

Best roller out there!

Best roller ever for my troubled feet! I take it everywhere! I’m on my feet all the time and crave the recovery this Tpin gives. It’s also excellent on my ITband!

Pros
  • No
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with allergies to foam

Hands down the best roller ever

I carry this puppy in my PT bag with me to work and to my boyfriend's, it's never out of my sight.Seriously, check out the specs. It does it all. 10/10

Pros
  • Hurts but in a good way! More targeted than a foam roller and can hit those much needed trigger points.
Cons
  • May cause bruising if used too aggressively

A well-designed upgrade to NolaRola

Odd looking. Awkwardish.but perfect for long hold fascia release esp in butt/back and bottoms of feet. Materials soften it just enough to encourage longer holds.

Pros
  • It works!
Cons
  • May not be suitable for people with joint problems
