I have had muscular issues ever since I started working a desk job after college and own just about every self massage tool on the market. However, this is by far one of my favorites. It's very versatile, great for IT bands, quads, hamstrings, calves, lower back, upper back, etc.I had an issue where one of the bolts holding the wheel started to loosen causing the wheel itself to spin while in use.this causes one wheel to stay stationary while the other moves, basically creating a sweeping motion with the roller. That would have led me to give the product a lower start rating, but their customer service was excellent and took care of the issue promptly without any fuss.Quality customer service always deserves a 5 star nowadays imo. I would recommend this product to anyone.
