The best thing I like about liftoff is that they have very friendly and knowledgeable people who are there to help you with all your questions. They can't be too expensive either, so if you're looking for a good firm to work with, then this is it! Nothing really. The team at lifttoof is very professional, knowledgeable in both technology & customer service! I have never had any issues with them or encountered anything that was not solved immediately upon initial contact through email/phone call-- which has been my experience since beginning work wtih this organization!! The team is very responsive, they're always willing to help out with any question or concern you may have about liftoff's services and products. They are also able to provide solutions that make sense even when those don't seem logical at first glance! I wish there was more transparency in terms of pricing/costs - it can be difficult if all your needs aren't met up front (i.e., some people need only hosting).
