I use these for working out where I do heavy cardio for at least two hours. I do not have a problem with the support or comfort while working out. They are stylish and effective. I only wish the padding was Velcro inside. Pads slide around a lot but not enough to make stop wearing them. My 16 year old teenager is also in love with them. For me they ran a little big - I ordered XL so I didn’t have back boobs like with more sports bras and I ended up ordering more in a size L. I normally wear a 34C and size medium in tops.
