Update: Seller reached out and is willing to stand behind the battery and send a replacement. There's a lot to be said for good customer service, so I'm amending my review to 4 stars and will update depending on how long the battery lasts this time.Not sure if I want to keep paying $9/month to vacuum. Was working fine and then 3 months later it was dead and would not even charge. Now I have to find another solution.
