Review on LucityAM by Andres Callahan

The user interface is very user friendly and makes it easy to navigate the system. This is a great customer service application. I would like to see better integration of the customer request and work order functionality. I am very pleased with the overall user experience. We have been able to resolve some of our issues with the help of LucityAM. They were always quick to respond to our questions and concerns. The ability to keep track all our projects with ease! There's nothing I dislike about this product as it does exactly what we need at an affordable price in comparison with other companies i have tried within my local government area (LGA). Being able manage everything through online portal has been beneficial because now you don't even require paper documents anymore since your system will do automatically without fail every time you login or logout from any project site/page etcetera?
