UPDATE I was able to contact support who was generous enough to send me another replacement. I didn't expect them to contact me after COVID-19 that I honestly forgot. The paper protection is still awesome for drawing/sketching/designing as I mentioned in my review below ***************************** ************************************************** ****** ******************************************** ********** ** ************ **************** I gave this one a **star** , because mine arrived broken from the factory just like you can see in the photo I took. It had an indentation, similar to a mark someone had made before it was boxed. The problem is that this label creates a bubble that disrupts or interferes with what you write or draw on the device. I've tried requesting another one through Amazon but the steps Amazon is asking you are what you have to send back but hey. This is installed on the device, if I detach it to send it back it will be garbage. So I contact the warranty email on the card that came with it, but I didn't get any response from them. Otherwise I would rate it better.
