I would not recommend using them in winter or cold weather. However, they are very waterproof and appear to be mostly waterproof. The steering knuckles are hard plastic and I don't really trust them in a crash. They seem to be more cosmetic than anything else. Agility is severely limited, but not to the point where I can no longer control my bike. However, if you are looking for cheap and reliable rainy weather gloves, I recommend them. I keep them in my saddlebag in case it rains while I'm out.
