I have an Epson printer and the head is clogging all the time if I don't use it weekly. I can usually run the head cleaning routine once or twice and be back in business. This time I did the procedure at least 12 times and all I got was burning a lot of ink. I came across this product while looking for cleaning options and decided to give it a try. My first attempt at using this was a five minute soak. It didn't really work, not much different. Then I tried a 30 minute soak (actually a 40 minute soak). Went like clockwork. I am attaching before and after photos. The only thing I did differently was place a piece of cellophane under the print head before placing paper towels on top to soak up the washed off liquids. This made cleaning much easier. No more mess in the printer. I would use this again if I needed to.
