I read the reviews and questions section so I felt confident enough to buy based on that.

I ordered and received 2 23.6" monitors and a double wall mount, unfortunately I cannot use wall mounts as there is nowhere to screw to the back of the monitor and the stem part is not removable, but the stem is the least mine Problems dual monitor on the wall and not on my desk - very disappointing but what you can do is what I get for ordering online - had I known I wouldn't have bought it
