I love that you can see who clicked on what in your weekly conference report. It's easy to make changes, and it's easy for me to add people to my contacts list. When I first started I was very excited about all of its potential benefits. But as time went on, it became clear that I needed some features from other CRMs in order to get the most out of the program. So far I have been able to use it to help me manage our church website and to keep track of contact information. I like that it is easy to use for both myself or my team when doing outreach! The customer support was not great at all (even after we paid) so make sure you have someone who will help if needed - they are pretty good about helping out but don't expect them 24/7!! It has been very helpful in our day-to.-by activities as well sending reminders through emails etc..
