Review on Enjoy Gaming on the Go with Trio Portable Monitor Displays for Nintendo by Alan Cross

Useful but awkwardly good for me

I'm on an extended business trip where I'll be working from my laptop for several weeks. I work in data analysis and need at least two monitors. I bought it thinking it would be a great way to keep myself productive while working from other locations. It helps a lot. But usage can be a problem. Firstly, the tycoons used to keeping it on a laptop are definitely not strong enough. It drops regularly while I adjust the screen. I mean every time. If I don't hold it when I take the laptop off my lap, the monitor falls off. The screen is really very heavy and pulls my laptop away under the weight. A little fight for the common good until the monitor falls down because the magnets won't hold it. I originally intended to buy a second one to add to it, but when I realized the weight and magnets couldn't hold the one that came with it, I decided against it. The monitor slides out of the frame and enters it. This is not a simple slide. Gets stuck regularly. It's a little frustrating. It also doesn't fully extend. So often I have to slide pages to access additional buttons or features on the back of the screen. That being said...it's still a godsend. It's really amazing to be able to use a second monitor that is easy to carry. I could wait for the second version with stronger magnets and lighter weight. But if you really need it now, I think it's worth the money for the performance boost.
