Review on W10712395 Dishwasher Rack Adjuster Metal Kit - Upgrade with AMI to Replace W10712395VP, W10350375, AP5957560, PS10065979, W10250159, W10350375 by George Jacobson

The plastic tabs that hold the rear rollers on the top rack of my Whirlpool dishwasher have fallen off. This could cause the rolls to fall off. aggravating. Instead of replacing broken parts with plastic, I opted for this metal kit. The new parts that were delivered did not look like the old ones. Here's my disappointment. Other customers have complained about poor instructions. Maybe they were lucky. I had no instructions at all! Therefore only 4 stars. After pulling out the top rack and placing it on the table it was easy to see how the old components fit together. I solved one side and only planned to fail. I looked at the new parts and it became pretty obvious how they fit together. It took me less than 5 minutes to assemble one side and less than the other. Great kit! I had no issues with the length of the screws holding the pieces together. Everything fit perfectly and was easy to attach. The only problem was that the screws that came with it weren't slotted or Philips. Required a metric allen key. I had the right one, so I dodged the bullet. Again a great kit but only time will tell. I think it will be great!
