Two are better than one
They are attractive and I think you could use them as an oil and vinegar set. However, I use a lot of olive oil. I put EVOO (salads, bread sauces, etc.) in one and regular olive oil (sautรฉing) in the other. The oils vary slightly in color, but it's easy to pick the wrong container. I solved this problem by using 2 different spouts.
