I like that it's simple to use and has loads of features. It can be costly but you do get what you pay for. The support staff are very quick at responding so if there was something wrong with my account they managed to resolve it within hours (even though we were still working). They don't have any native integrations yet. We haven't found anything we dislike about act on as much as our own integration which took us weeks to build from scratch. If you're looking to try out some different platforms then check this one out. You'll need more people to train it initially but once set up it does everything we want it to do really well!
