The instrument plug does not detach when using the ball head.
With all its advantages of size, quietness and convenient body, I couldn't remove the plug/adapter to attach a ball tool. I see I'm not the only reviewer who had this problem. Among other things, it's a bit harsh. The first level is a bit strong for me, and the high level is just unbearable. My arm became very tight trying to keep it on my lower back. So unfortunately they sent it back. I guess the engineers need to get back to the drawing board.
