Review on Upgrade Your Toyota's Sound System with Metra 70-8117 Factory Amplifier Harness for JBL Speakers | 2004-Up Compatible by Juan Simpson

This worked great to match the factory JBL amp (crappy 200w subwoofer) in my 2005 Toyota Matrix -Year with 7 speakers to bypass JBL system. It can be easily installed on the dashboard to be used with the aftermarket deck. However, I hooked it up to a 5-channel Rockford Fosgate amp in the trunk. I connect this harness to the original factory amp harness and route the harness to the rear of the car. Connected power supply, remote start, RCA cable and old! Much better sound! Pros: Good quality cables (copper inside, decent section) Good long cables, they can literally go anywhere in the car. Pre-glued wires make connection easy.
