I like the ease of use for marketing campaigns as well as reporting. The customer support has been excellent. They are always willing to help with any question or problem you might have. There have not been many issues, but when we did run into problems they were fairly quickly resolved. It's expensive compared to other services. We've had some customers complain about the high cost, which made me think there could be more value in TBMS than what their pricing structure shows. This was also an issue with Marketo integration at one time where it seemed like Marketo would work great, but then once implemented, we couldn't figure out how to get reports from it. For our small business, tracking bulk mail response rates and open rates are very important metrics. With TBMS these can now easily be gathered.
