Great tool for tracking marketing campaigns.

I like the ease of use for marketing campaigns as well as reporting. The customer support has been excellent. They are always willing to help with any question or problem you might have. There have not been many issues, but when we did run into problems they were fairly quickly resolved. It's expensive compared to other services. We've had some customers complain about the high cost, which made me think there could be more value in TBMS than what their pricing structure shows. This was also an…

Very easy, user friendly plus great customer service = A++

I like how it's very customizable so you can keep track of every single piece in your campaign without any issue! It would have been nice if TBMC had more templates for us non-techy people who are not familiar with coding or programming languages but there was nothing really negative about this program at all - just an extremely simple interface which makes tracking down issues super quick & painless once they're found/solved!! Very intuitive user interface along easy navigational structure

The ease of use, ability to manage lists and campaigns from one place. The integration with third party applications like Salesforce and Marketo are amazing. Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to get to the information I need and sometimes there's no way to find what you're looking for without going through every single list in the system.
