Very intuitive user interface along easy navigational structure

The ease of use, ability to manage lists and campaigns from one place. The integration with third party applications like Salesforce and Marketo are amazing. Sometimes it takes multiple clicks to get to the information I need and sometimes there's no way to find what you're looking for without going through every single list in the system.

There are other solutions out there but TBMS has been my favorite so far. We have several different programs that we send out each month and TBMS makes managing them much easier than having to do all this manually.
