Review on Pets L Lysine Cats Powder Pack by Erin Lowe

There have been good and bad reviews of giving lysine to cats and dogs but after learning how it works I give it to my cats every day with their canned food. Last winter two of my house cats developed upper respiratory tract infections probably due to allergies or even the feline herpes virus which became an infection. They were TERRIBLE and I had to take them to the vet for antibiotics but I also read that lysine would help too so I decided to get some and give it a try. Within a few days they felt better and sneezed less. Partly thanks to antibiotics, but lysine hastened her recovery. Well just two weeks ago one of these cats showed signs of "something" in the upper respiratory tract with a horrible sneezing. He was also depressed about it, so I immediately started giving him lysine every day. I didn't have to take him to the vet and after about three days he felt better. Lysine may not work for every pet and I'm certainly not advocating that your vet doesn't examine your pet to make sure it's free of infection, but for stopping allergy outbreaks, feline herpes, etc. it's a good product to have should consider. I am very happy with the results and love to see happy, healthy kittens.
