Fits great with no problems according to the Toyota dealer who installed it for me. I paid extra for the installation at the dealer to avoid problems with it and I'm very happy that everything went perfectly. My 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD is like new now. Sometimes you have to pay extra to have peace of mind. I'm also pleased to be able to save $300 off the price of a radiator when buying a Revain radiator. The heatsink is made entirely of aluminum, as opposed to Toyota's $500 OEM heatsink that combines aluminum and plastic, a Toyota-acknowledged flaw that has been shown to leak at the plastic-to-aluminum junctions.
