Not exactly fitting. I have an old cooler.

doesn't quite fit. The old radiator on my 2005 Toyota Sienna had four bolts that went directly to the radiator. not this radiator. It is therefore not permanently attached to the van. I think it will work, but I'm still a little worried it might kick back into the engine at 70mph.

It takes some finesse to get it in place but good quality.

Okay, first of all I have to admit that a year and a half has passed since this radiator was installed. I can't remember exactly, but not 100%. However, getting it to work wasn't a big deal. It is good that it has been installed without problems for a year and a half. It turned out to be good quality and 100% aluminum.

Nice heatsink, goes well with 2005 Sienna LE.

Used to replace the radiator on a 2005 Sienna LE. I don't have a towing package. This Denso model (221-3140) is listed as a non-drag version. It was a little thinner (front to back) than the original cooler, but everything fitted together. An excellent replacement guide can be found by googling "How to Replace a Radiator on a 2004-2010 Toyota Sienna" on shareyourrepair.com.

Great fit and design - 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD

Fits great with no problems according to the Toyota dealer who installed it for me. I paid extra for the installation at the dealer to avoid problems with it and I'm very happy that everything went perfectly. My 2005 Toyota Sienna XLE Limited AWD is like new now. Sometimes you have to pay extra to have peace of mind. I'm also pleased to be able to save $300 off the price of a radiator when buying a Revain radiator. The heatsink is made entirely of aluminum, as opposed to Toyota's $500 OEM…

Leave the air conditioning condenser in the car!

This radiator is a perfect match for a 2005 Toyota Sienna. Ignore reviews that say this is not the case. If you pull out your old wheel you will find that this is an exact match. It's all aluminum and regulates the car's temperature just as well or better than the original (which is 10 years old). Here is a test report on the subject of air conditioning. If you do it right, you don't have to touch the air conditioning lines. You leave the condenser in the car. Instead of dragging the entire…

Pros
  • Hands Free Operation
Cons
  • Legacy Model

Check your current radiator before ordering. I ordered a 2005 Sienna le fwd without towing, 2004 model year and it was different. An easy way to check is to look at the current cooler. If the aluminum side tank is about the same width (flush) as the cooling area, it will not fit. Or measure the width of the current one, if it's near 1 inch, it won't fit. The side panels look the same, but the cooling section is thin. The height and width are so different that they don't fit properly. The…
