Very disappointed with the EM-200 espresso machine and customer service!

I don't usually write reviews because I just don't have the time, but this time I decided to write. We were very happy with the product when we first received it, but after about a year or less the steam nozzle broke. We were told to send the whole car back to the company for repairs, which we did. They "fixed" it and sent it back to us a few weeks later. After they "fixed" the steam nozzle, it started making a very loud noise when frothing milk, which it didn't froth before shipping. We weren't happy with the solution but thought ok we'll get through this, we're not really picky - the milk still froths although there was a very loud annoying whistling, wheezing, best I can describe its noise. Another year passed, we were still making coffee with this machine and "enjoying” the loud noise of milk frothing every morning. Then suddenly the steam pipe was ripped completely out of the machine, the plastic joint holding the steam pipe in place broke, for lack of a better word. We called customer service 3 times about this issue. The first two times we received completely different information on how to send the problem to the company to fix it: 1. Customer representative. told us to wait 3-5 business days for UPS to come and pick it up at our house, well that never happened! We called the CS representative a second time. took our information again and informed us that they would mail us the label and we would receive it within 7-10 business days. We waited 10 days but got nothing. We called the customer service representative for the third time. was rude, interrupted me by putting me on hold, didn't want to listen to what I was explaining, hung up as soon as she got the same information from me for the third time in a row, wouldn't even let me finish my sentence! So she said that again we have to wait 3-5 business days for the label to arrive from UPS. So it's been almost 3 weeks and we're trying to send the product back to the company to have it repaired! Well, now we're enjoying our coffee at the local cafe and anticipating all that crap. We are regular customers and have used various Cuisinart products other than this espresso machine but of course after experiencing this poor quality. product and unprofessional rude customer service we will be looking for another espresso machine from another company!
