I have been using this product for five years. My beautician advised me to skip the shampoo and only use the conditioner as there are enough cleansing solutions in the conditioner. It took me about a year to get to this point as I used shampoo every five days or so to tone my hair. Maybe I used too much conditioner. Now I have found my perfect application combination. I only use the conditioner for one day and next time I use a good amount of conditioner with a drop of shampoo (yes, this bottle lasts forever!). I mix the mixture in my hands before applying it to my hair and massage it into my scalp as I cleanse. I apply a small amount of argonne oil after towel drying lightly on damp hair before blow drying. To apply argon oil, I find it best to put a small amount of oil on your hands and rub it between your fingers and palms, tilt your head forward and apply to your fingertips, gently rubbing your scalp with your fingertips . The end result is soft, manageable hair for years to come!
