I bought them for physical therapy. Used them with my toes to work on my plantar fascia and knee stability. Great workout to pick them up (while sitting) and pop them in a cup in under 3 minutes. You will feel it! Just wish they had 2 or 3 of the largest - only 1 large size came. I would pay an extra dollar for a bag to store. With them it would be great to go on a trip after a long walk.
